A newsletter to communicate with my students and their parents.  Each week a student in the class will be spotlighted.  I think this is a great way to keep the parents informed and up to date.  The newsletter will have the weeks spelling words, reading assignment information and what the class is learning as a whole for the month.  What book we are reading as a class.  The upcoming field trips and days to remember.  My contact information will be listed as well.  

Google Docs is a great tool to use.  After you know all the in and outs of the tool.  I can work on it at home then continue or update documents on other computers.  Versatile.
